Merang Mushroom Cultivation - Theory of Composting

Composting by using the theory of media / sugarcane compost / straw / cotton spinning. This media should dry approximately 95%. Composting including immersion, submersion approximately 1-2 minutes. The first day was held until the third day of fermentation. Fourth day in the compost behind in added bran and approximately 7-10%. For the provision of bran should be leveled. The next day was the opening of the compost / media that have been in the fermentation, after the opening we need to measure the ph of the compost is whether qualified or not (standard pH in the compost is about 6-7). Then prepared and transported in the beds / coop. Once the compost in put in bendeng, the sterilization process will be conducted for approximately 8 hours at 60 degrees Celsius. This sterilization using combustion and steam waiting that we use for the sterilization process. Further details will be explained in the video below :

Photo Training Cultivation Mushroom Merang (First Day. . .)





Mushroom cultivation Merang


Merang fungus or by any other name "Volvariella volvacea, synonyms: Volvaria volvacea, Agaricus volvaceus, Amanita virgata virgata or Vaginata" is a fungus that has a very high protein but it can increase immunity. This mushroom is very useful for the staple food. To make the mushroom Merang Very easy to learn and can be developed. A brief description of Cultivation Merang mushrooms.
  1. Make sure the Media Compos, such as compos sugarcane and 95% dry fingers. Tidakperlu soaked in water for composting. The most common rapid composting with lime plus the dead in order to neutralize the acidity. Composting made 4 days fermented.
