The next day was the opening of the compost / media that have been in the fermentation, after the opening we need to measure the ph of the compost is whether qualified or not (standard pH in the compost is about 6-7). Then prepared and transported in the beds / coop. Once the compost in put in bendeng, the sterilization process will be conducted for approximately 8 hours at 60 degrees Celsius. This sterilization using combustion and steam waiting that we use for the sterilization process. In this session, there are some questions about the mushroom at the traning. we just see the video below :
