Jamur Merang (Bagian 6) - Pengecekan
Hari berikutnya, jamur merang sudah terlihat merata pada tiap-tiap rak. Dalam waktu dekat ini akan panen. :) Jika ingin melihat foto-fotonya, silahkan lihat dibawah ini:
Jamur Merang (Bagian 5) - Pengecekan
Pada tahap penyiraman yang dilakukan tiap harinya, jamur merang sudah ada yang muncul/ kelihatan tetapi masih kecil-kecil. Usia jamur merang ini sekitar 7 hari, untuk proses penyiraman masih tetap dilakukan dan juga pembukaan jendela ventilasi kombong. Untuk media kardus lebih cepat tumbuh daripada media damen/ merang. Ini adalah foto-foto saat usia sekitar 7 hari:

Jamur Merang (Bagian 4) - Penyiraman
Tahap selanjutnya, melakukan penyiraman pada media jamur merang. Penyiraman ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi suhu panas dalam media jamur, karena media jamur membutuhkan suhu yang lembab. Penyiraman dilakukan secara rutin dan juga dilakukan pembukaan jendela pada tiap harinya.

Jamur Merang (Bagian 3) - Sterilisasi
Setelah proses pembalikan selesai, Selanjutnya, media jamur merang dimasukkan kedalam kombong secara merata di tiap rak-raknya, setelah merata mulai lah proses sterilisasi kombong menggunakan proses uap. Untuk proses sterilisasi membutuhkan suhu 60-70 derajat celcius dengan waktu 4-6 jam dengan pintu kombong ditutup.
Setelah sterilisasi selesai, kombong dibiarkan selama 1 hari. Dan hari berikutnya
Jamur Merang (Bagian 2) - Pembalikan
Setelah pengomposan selesai selanjutnya melakukan proses pembalikan damen, dibuka penutupnya, kemudian ditumpuk kembali. setelah selesai penumpukannya kembali ditutup selama kurang lebih 3 hari. Untuk foto-fotonya bisa dilihat pada gambar di bawah ini :

To sterilize the room, not 100% ripe, but can be cooked for a longer period arround 8 hours.

Merang Mushroom Cultivation - Planting Method (Theory)
Compost that is in the plot / coop solidified first. Room temperature 20 to 25 to be given a seed. PH can be planted 6-7 feet. Mushroom Planting material way Merang - Malaysia Branch. After a given seed, all cendela or vents sealed. In the fermentation is left for 3-5 days with no more than a room temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, due to the extremely hot temperatures. Mushroom compost or media need 80-90% humidity with a room temperature reaches 28-35 degrees Celsius. Slenjutnya will be explained in the video.

Merang Mushroom Cultivation - Theory of Composting
Composting by using the theory of media / sugarcane compost / straw / cotton spinning. This media should dry approximately 95%. Composting including immersion, submersion approximately 1-2 minutes. The first day was held until the third day of fermentation. Fourth day in the compost behind in added bran and approximately 7-10%. For the provision of bran should be leveled. Sterilization for 8 hours, with a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. For the compost plant, the pH in check, if the pH of about 6-7, can only be planted if it does not have to wait until 6-7 then 6-7.

The next day was the opening of the compost / media that have been in the fermentation, after the opening we need to measure the ph of the compost is whether qualified or not (standard pH in the compost is about 6-7). Then prepared and transported in the beds / coop. Once the compost in put in bendeng, the sterilization process will be conducted for approximately 8 hours at 60 degrees Celsius. This sterilization using combustion and steam waiting that we use for the sterilization process. Further details will be explained in the video below :

Then prepared and transported in the beds / coop. Once the compost in put in bendeng, the sterilization process will be conducted for approximately 8 hours at 60 degrees Celsius. This sterilization using combustion and steam waiting that we use for the sterilization process.
